A "how-to" adventure in tying and accessorizing turbans and other Regency headgear and accommodating modern hairstyles to a more period appearance, this presentation focuses on creating the proper Empire look above the shoulders. Included are a number of different methods of putting together turbans and other similar headgear, with reference to period images and with specific note of different ages and stations in life. Also included will be several suggestions on dealing with the problem of comfortably disguising modern haircuts when in period garb!

This presentation is available in two lengths: 45 minutes or 75 minutes -- it is assumed that 15 minutes' worth of questions will follow the presentation. Powerpoint capability is preferred but not required for the 45 minute version of this presentation; Powerpoint capability is required for the 75 minute version of this presentation.
