General Class Information

Registrations are accepted on a first come, first served basis. Please register early.

Classes must be paid for in full before the date of the first class. Payment for classes can be made over the phone or by fax by Visa,
MasterCard, or American Express. You may also reserve a space in the class by phone or fax with a credit card, then make
payment for the class by cash or cheque at any time up to and including the date of the first class. Payment for classes
may also be made in person at the store by cash, cheque, Interac, Visa, Mastercard, or American Express.
Please do not send credit card information by e-mail, as it is not secure!

Cancellations are accepted without penalty up to one week before the date of the first class. Cancellations made less
than one week before the date of the first class are subject to a $10.00 processing fee. Cancellations made
after the first class of a course are subject to the $10.00 processing fee as well as any applicable non-refundable
kit or textbook fees. If you’re sick or have a family disaster, please let us know and we’ll do our best to help
you out (we try our best to be reasonable!).

We reserve the right to cancel classes due to lack of registration at any time up to five days before the date of the first class.
