In a era when relaxation is hard to achieve and too little time is available for looking after ourselves, here's a way to take a little time out that will benefit you over and over again. Starting from the most basic ingredients, you'll learn how to make your own creams, scrubs, scented waters, and hair rinses -- all with no additives, preservatives, or chemicals. We'll also experiment with blending some herbs to make your own very special bath sachets. And of course, you'll get to take home all of your creations -- and the recipes! -- so that you can use them time and again. For those sensitive to fragrances, please note that we will be using essential oils and natural herbs and flowers. For the sake of those sensitive to fragrances -- and to give your nose the best chance for a "true scent" of your products -- please do not wear scent or scented products to this workshop.
