Miss Spencer's Linen Water
Based on an original recipe dating from the 1600s,
our Linen Water is "a special sweet water to perfume clothes
in the folding, being washed." Simply sprinkle sparingly
over shirts or sheets when they are being ironed, or put a small
splash into your rinse water. People tell us that they've never
slept better than on a pillowcase spritzed with our linen water.
And as a bonus, the wonderful scent discourages moths and other
insects. Because we use the original recipe, you will find that
our linen water is about 20 times as strong as many other commercially-available
linen waters!
