We are currently accepting orders by phone, fax,
email, and regular mail. To aid you in determining your
complete order cost, we are providing the order forms below for
you to download in .pdf format, which is readable
with Adobe Acrobat Reader. Calculations of taxes and shipping
will vary by where you live, so please download
the appropriate form to help you in your calculations.
Shipping charges will vary, depending on the size
and weight of your package, as well as on where you live
and how fast you need your parcel. In general, we find that the
most economical means of shipping is through
Canada Post, which transfers parcels to your local postal service
for delivery. However, other options are
available, through couriers such as CanPar, Purolator, UPS, DHL,
FedEx, and the like, if you prefer, or
if you are in a rush for your parcel.
Since the calculation of shipping costs quickly
becomes very complex, we suggest that you contact us once
you've decided what you'd like to order, and we'll provide you
with the costs for your various shipping options.
We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, American
Express, PayPal, Money Orders drawn on Canadian Banks
or Canada Post, International Money Orders in Canadian Dollars,
Anerican Dollars, British Pounds Sterling, or Euros,
or Cheques in Canadian or American Dollars drawn on Canadian or
American banks. Orders paid for by cheques
may be held for up to 20 business days or until the cheque has
cleared the issuing bank, whichever is first.
At present, we are accepting Canadian and American
dollars at par.
